this past weekend i spent some time with a few buddies of mine, we spent time in construction, riding to our adventures in the back of pickups... and such, no time to elaborate.... but ive got tons of stories to tell, i feel like i do more in one day there... than i do in 2 days under normal circumstances

everything that is super dangerous in the u.s.a. seems less dangerous when you are in mexico...

our mission was pretty simple, provide medical and construction support to the locals

at that same time share the gospel, for the jews-- jerusalem was their backyard.  my judea happens to be mexico

the Lord has blessed me with a new laptop... ive had it for a week now and have not opened it

why not?

i have been trying to savor the abundance the Lord has given me...

this week i have received a new camera, bluetooth headset [because of the law coming out 2008] and a home depot gift card, i have been trying to find a day to just sit down and thank God for it

sure im in a budget crunch..

my hours at work are pretty much zero, i need to knock out this quarter

also paying for the bills of a household does take its toll on you...

the good thing is savings...
preparing for times of jacked upness, i perceive God planned it so that I could focus on this quarter and be more effective in ministry

a year since

As this day draws to a close, it has been a year since my dad passed away.

I feel at peace. The only thing I wish I was more confident in is whether or not he was a real Christian. I thank God at the same time, it has given me more of a resolve to share with the people I care about.
